What range syntax is supported?
Comma-separated pages and ranges such as 1-3, 5, 8-10. Each comma-separated part becomes its own output PDF file.
Can a page appear in two outputs?
No. Every page is assigned to the first range that includes it, so overlapping ranges never duplicate pages in the results.
Is this different from PDF page extraction?
Yes. Splitting creates several new PDFs in one pass, while page extraction puts selected pages into a single new PDF.
Why did I get a range error?
The message names the offending range. Ranges must stay within 1 to the page count, and start values must not exceed end values.
What are the output file names?
Each result is named split-1.pdf, split-2.pdf, and so on, downloaded individually from the results list.
Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. Splitting runs locally in your browser, so the document never leaves your device at any point in the process.
