About Sorawi Tools
Sorawi Tools is a collection of free, browser-based tools for images, documents, data, and developer tasks. Every tool runs entirely in your browser — files are processed on your device and never uploaded.
Why we built this
Most online tools quietly upload your files to a server the moment you drop them in. That means your documents, photos, and code pass through someone else's infrastructure — and you take their word for what happens there. We built Sorawi Tools the other way around: processing is local by architecture, not by policy. There is no backend for your data to land on, so there is nothing to intercept, retain, or sell.
Who operates it
Sorawi Tools is operated by Sorawi, a small independent team. We ship open, privacy-respecting utilities and keep the site free. We're reachable at support@sorawi.com.
The privacy promise
No accounts. No uploads. No tracking of your files. Every tool runs on modern browser APIs and WebAssembly — your data stays on your device, always. The only data that leaves your browser is an anonymous page-view count and, if you choose to report a bug, the message you send us. We never see file contents, file names, or anything you process.
Our mission
Online tools have normalized the wrong default: file goes up, file gets processed on a server you never see, and you are asked to trust what happens in between. We exist to prove that the everyday utilities people rely on — compressing an image, merging a PDF, converting a document, formatting data — can be genuinely useful without that trust being necessary at all. When a browser can do the work on your device, uploading is not a feature; it is a risk. Every tool here is built to that standard from first principles, not retrofitted to it.
How we build
The site is a static, fully client-side application. There is no application server between you and a tool, which is not an implementation detail — it is the architecture. That means the privacy properties are verifiable, not promised: inspect the network tab, watch the page load, and you will find no upload endpoint to receive your files. Our on-device AI tools use open-source models that run in your browser, and our code is built in the open on GitHub. The strongest certification we can offer is that our claims can be checked, and they check out.
