The plain-language terms for using Sorawi Tools' free browser-based tools.

01Agreement
By using Sorawi Tools, you agree to these terms. They are short and written in plain language. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site. Sorawi Tools is operated by Sorawi. "We," "us," and "our" refer to the site operator. "You" means the person using the tools.
02The service
Sorawi Tools provides free, browser-based tools for working with images, documents, data, and developer tasks. The tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We aim for the tools to be accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee results. Always verify important output — for example, review a converted file before relying on it — and keep a copy of your original files.
03Your files stay yours
Everything you process with Sorawi Tools stays on your device. We do not upload, store, copy, transmit, or access your files. You retain full ownership and responsibility for any files you process, including ensuring you have the right to process them. Because processing happens locally, we cannot — and do not — claim any rights over your content. There is no license grant to us, because nothing you do here ever reaches us.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sorawi Tools for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. Specifically, you may not use the tools to: • Process content in violation of any applicable law or regulation. • Attempt to disrupt the site, interfere with other users, or probe for vulnerabilities. • Circumvent any technical protections on the site. • Resell, re-brand, or misrepresent Sorawi Tools' tools as your own without permission. Because files never leave your device, we cannot review what you process, and we are not responsible for content you choose to work with.
05Intellectual property
The Sorawi Tools name, logo, design, and site code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or build products that compete with Sorawi Tools using our trademarks or visual identity without permission. The output you produce with the tools is yours. The open-source libraries and models that power many tools are licensed by their respective owners, and their terms continue to apply to those components.
06Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sorawi Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Because we hold no data about you, our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the preceding twelve months. If you paid nothing, the limit is zero — a natural consequence of a service that stores nothing.
07Third-party services
A small number of features may rely on third-party components: • Fonts and icons may be loaded from third-party providers to render the site. • On-device machine-learning models are downloaded from a public repository so AI-powered tools can run locally. • Optional aggregated analytics are processed by a third-party provider in de-identified form. • Payment processing, if you choose a paid plan, is handled by a third-party processor. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We choose providers that minimize data collection, and none of them ever receive your file contents.
08Changes to the service and these terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these terms; the latest version will always be posted here. If a change materially affects your rights, we will note it on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
09Termination
You may stop using Sorawi Tools at any time — nothing to cancel, no account to close. Because we store no data about you, there is nothing to delete on your departure. We may suspend or terminate access to the site if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. On a site with no accounts, this simply means we may block access from a device or network engaged in abusive use.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sorawi Tools operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
